my childhood consisted of only a few things: running around naked, making music videos and building forts. my cousin ben and i would build the ultimate outdoor hang out spots by hauling logs in wheelbarrows and digging deep holes in the ground. One time we built a tiny log cabin, another time a hole-in-the-ground fort covered by plastic siding, and many, many attempted tree houses. no doubt i will have an amazing tree house in my backyard, and hang out in it with my friends, as an adult. and adult tree house, what could be more fun? something a little like this...

tree forts
